Founder & CEO — Young Outlaw Music

Briana Richel is the founder and CEO of Young Outlaw Music, an independent, multi-genre record label focused on discovering, supporting, and developing emerging artists.

Briana brings a diverse background in music, entertainment, and marketing to her leadership in the independent music space. Prior to founding Young Outlaw Music, she spent several years working in production and entertainment while also leading a youth conservatory for the dramatic arts. During that time, she collaborated with independent artists to help develop their sound, brand identity, and creative direction.

Her experience spans vocal performance, songwriting, artist development, and digital marketing—allowing her to approach the music business from both the creative and strategic sides.

Through Young Outlaw Music, Brianna focuses on building meaningful partnerships and expanding opportunities for independent artists through global distribution and modern marketing strategies. The label maintains key distribution relationships with major industry partners including Universal Music Group, Virgin Music Group, The Orchard, and WHO?MAG Distribution, helping bridge the gap between independent artistry and worldwide reach.

Through Young Outlaw Music’s partnership with Mig Media Group, Brianna works alongside industry professionals to create new collaborative opportunities that connect developing artists with marketing infrastructure, media exposure, and established producers within the broader music industry.

Her mission is to empower artists to maintain creative control while building sustainable, long-term careers in today’s evolving music landscape.
